I have just handed Uly Ma’s No Waste: Managing Sustainability in Construction over to our production editorial team and to celebrate this milestone, I thought I’d share with you Uly’s article on the origin’s of waste. In the article he identifies eight hidden wastes that will be (perhaps grudgingly) familiar to most organizations. He also offers his own view of the three main causes of waste. Good practical advice for all businesses, particularly in a time of economic austerity.
