Ruth Murray-Webster and Sergio Pellegrino’s paper Multi-paradigmatic Perspectives on a Business Transformation Programme  may feel like a bit of a mouthful but I do encourage you to look beyond the title of the piece. Business transformation programmes are surely the home of unintended consequences to business decisions.
